Networkable Touch-Screen Thermostat

General Description

Ultramax Networkable Smart Setback Touch-Screen Thermostat with heat/cool changeover, 24V AC/DC, multi-speed fan control and passive infrared motion sensor.  Includes many field programmable options during occupied and unoccupied conditions such as: maximum and minumum heating and cooling limits, auto fan reset, heating setback, cooling setback, refresh fan and housekeeper setback.  Configurable for Fancoil, Standard Heat/Cool, Heat Pump and Split Systems.

Models

A variety of models are available for Fancoil, Heat pump, Split System and PTAC applications. Your HotelTech Representative can assist you in selecting the model that best fits your particular application.

18-30 V AC/DC.

Mounting

Single gang vertical junction boxes, or dual gang box with extra mounting plate.  System wires' connect to screw terminal mounted on the thermostat bracket.

Case Material

High density, textured UL flame retardant plastic.  Available in Black and White.

LCD Display

4.3" LCD TFT Display 480x272 with Resistive Touch Panel, RGB.

Temperature Range

Selectable Range: 60°-90°F (15°-32°C).

Temperature Selection

Touch button, red arrow up and blue arrow down, for easy temperature selection in 1°F or .5°C increments.

Temperature Limits

Default Hidden Cooling Limit: 66°F (18°C).  Adjustable.

Default Hidden Heating Limit: 82°F (29°C).  Adjustable.

A/C, Heat Pump Control

4°F Deadband between heat and cool.  Pilot Duty Circuits: One compressor circuit, one back-up electric heat circuit.  Reversing Valve: Installation selectable Energize on Heat (B terminal) or Energize on Cool (O terminal) circuit.

Power Button

Touch to cycle ON/OFF.  Default set temperature upon start-up is 72°F (22°C).  Adjustable.

°F/°C Changeover

Touching °F/°C allows the user to switch between °F and °C display.  Default unit is °F (Adjustable).

Fan Control

Touch FAN to access the fan speed selection menu where the user would select the desired FAN speed and touch OK to Save. AUTO FAN: The optimal fan speed (high, low or off) is automatically selected by the thermostat.  This is the default mode.  The manual FAN speed section is based on the sustem configuration from the Configuration Menu.

Auto Heat/Cool Modes

Automatically switches beween heating and cooling when Auto Changeover mode is selected.  Heat Only or Cool Only and Manual Changeover modes are also configurable.

Surge Protection

This device has been designed to handle normal brown-out or surge situations.

Field Test Mode

For qualified Maintenance personnel, Field Test Mode is available to troubleshoot the subject HVAC System.  

Programming Modes

For qualified engineers to customize features according to their HVAC system and to the property's energy conservation requirements.  Refer to separate Programming documentation.

Connectivity

Mesh Network Capability with WIFI Gateway and accessible through HotelTech EMS Web Portal.

1) Optional Humidity Sensing.
